Payment Policy


New Customers:

1a) New customers have to pay COD or Payment In Advance for standard items
1b) New customers have to pay minimum 30% in advance before production for custom/non stock items (depending on production time 7, 15, 30, 45 days in advance).
2) When goods are delivered and Cash is collected; cash amount is not allowed to be in excess of USD 1,000 or IDR 10 Million. Unless the transaction is carried out at SIA office.
3) In case order value is in excess of USD 1,000 or IDR 10million, then payment can be made by TT, Cheque or Giro.
4) Goods can only leave Sundaya warehouse and shipped/collected after money is received in SIA bank account.
5) In no case payment is allowed to be transferred through private bank accounts of our company personnel for onwards transmittal to Sundaya.

Existing Customers:

6) Customers who have built up a good payment track record can apply for credit term status (application form will be made available).
7) Credit limit and collateral/payment security will be determined by director and credit limit is not allowed to be exceeded.
8) New shipments on credit can only be allowed when outstanding AR + new shipment value does not exceed credit limit.
9) In case outstanding AR + new shipment value does exceed Credit Limit than oldest outstanding bills need to be settled first before new shipment can be released on credit. Alternatively new shipment can be paid COD.
10) Any deviation on above rules can only be made upon special request and written (by email) approval from director.
11) Every such request for exemption from rules must be clearly stating why exemption is needed and what alternative payment security can be provided.

Sales Tax:

Local purchases are subject to Indonesian Sales Tax.
